Since her return to Hogwarts from Miami a lot of things had been on Isabel's mind she knew working here would be putting her family in danger Snape and Voldomort could look into her records at any moment even if their reach didn't extend to the US they were still in danger. If the slightest hint of news of anything going wrong her mother would be here in no time. Keeping them safe had to be the most important thing right now.
The witch layed back on a blanket watching the stars above her mind wandering to places it shouldn't. She couldn't stop thinking of Alex, and her brothers... and that b.itch Ellis. She'd stolen Alex not even three months before they were to marry. After that Isabel couldn't stay in America any longer. She couldn't stay around that and see them together. Yet she missed home so much she missed her brothers and her parents. Hogwarts was wonderful but it wasn't home.

Gabrielle Ivy had been wandering through Hogsmeade, having been in need of a walk since his date with Esmeralda. That woman puzzled him. She made him do things he was quite sure he wasn't capable of, and he did them with an eerie ease. The way she captivated and intrigued him was astounding; it wasn't usual for a woman to really catch his attention. He smirked. Well, Esme Echo certainly wasn't the usual woman he went after, was she?
The wizard held his hands behind his back, keeping his fingers clasped tightly around one another. A lump in the grass caught his attention and he strode off the cobblestone path into a small alcove of trees, the ground carpeted in a soft green grass. "Are you alright, miss?" he called, having been able to distinguish a womanly figure in the darkness. Well, what he hoped was a womanly figure. He tried not to think of what would happen should he stumble upon a man in the grass.

Isa looked away from the stars only to see a male figure standing there, "Fine. Merely doing a little research for school." As the new Astronomy mistress after Serena Sinstrata had quit Isa had taken to walking to Hogsmede and watching the stars before she had classes at night it was more relaxing from being at the school where kids were sneaking up to her tower and making out. "The school is a bit busy at the movement, all those students sneaking up stairs to make out."

Gabe chuckled and sighed. "Ah, I remember the days of snogging in the Astronomy Tower." he breathed, looking up at the stars overhead; they were particularly brilliant that night. "Professor McDougle tended to throw things at me. Do you remember her? May be a bit too far back for your days." He grinned; Merlin, it was easy to compliment women.

"She retired at the end of my first year at Hogwarts." Isa stood up brushing herself off, "Professor Snape just hired me after Professor Sinistra retired I'm Isabel Duque." She hadn't wanted to take the job but she owed Snape more than a few favors for keeping her blood under wrapps from Voldomort and his little coronies. It was so dangerous to be a muggle born anymore.

The wizard's immaculately smooth hand was extended out to take Isabel's in a gentle handshake. "Gabrielle Ivy, Charms Professor." he said with that signature smile on his face. "Severus asked me to join the staff when Flitwick disappeared." It was difficult for him not to frown. The poor half-goblin didn't stand a chance in Bellatrix's grasp. She had a wee bit too much fun with that one, he'd thought. "Come out here often?"

"I thought I recognized you. I sit a few seats away from you at the Staff Table. McGonagall seemed rather upset when he dissaperaed as did Sprout." Isa smiled taking his hand, "I'm out here a couple of times a week at least. I can get away from the kids at school and keep myself sane for the most part."

Rielle nodded. "Yes, they were." he muttered. "I believe Pomona and Filius were a couple, if I recall my days correctly. Think she left him for the medi-witch." He resisted the urge to chuckle. That must have been quite the ghastly shock to the poor little man. "And I do agree, it's much more peaceful here than in the castle."

"Oh the poor dear. I never knew they were together Pomona and Poppy had a couple for a few years. I walked in on them one night when a girl in my dorm had gotten sick... I never looked at those two the same way again." Isa giggled, "At least students don't use your class room for the choice make out spot."

Gabrielle let out an unbidden laugh. Oh the things he could tell her, but he would loose his job faster than he could Apperate to London. "Yes well ..." he said, letting his words hang for a moment. "They do like to use it for sex, though. Found two on my desk once. Slytherins, though. Can't keep them from doing anything." He grinned with an odd sense of pride for his former house.

"I don't see a reason all of them should get away with things like that just because the Dark Lord's son is one of them. They seem to enjoy torturing their teachers. Then again some of them like McGonagall deserve it. Professor Snape told me what the Dark Lord's son did to her in class one morning last week it was worse than what he's done to everyone else in the school combined."

He couldn't help but notice how she addressed him; The Dark Lord. Only his followers called him that. "Yes, I heard as well. Seems De ... ahem ... Mister Savien enjoys causing trouble. However, his grades are some of the best this school has seen." He smiled, practically radiating with pride for the boy he considered to be his own.

"He dropped my class thankfully be he His son or not one of those makeout sessiosn in the middle of my class I didn't think I would have handled it too well." She smiled studying his face, "He's a wonderful boy but he loves driving professors crazy."

Gabe nodded and crossed his arms over his chest as a chilled breeze moved through. "You speak of Him as if you follow Him." he said softly, his voice too light to be carried by the wind. "Where do you stand in this war?" He knew a passerby would merely think he was asking silly questions, or perhaps quoting poetry to his lover, but he knew Isabel would know exactly what he meant by his words.

"I'm trying to stay out of it for the most part. It's too dangerous to pick sides lately. The Order is all but gone and His followers tend to die off rather quickly once that Lestrange woman gets a little upste with them." she looked at the ground. For the sake of her family she tried to stay out of this. She had to keep them safe.
